If you return your order, please make sure to write down the following information on a piece of paper and include it with the return so that we can then allocate your return.

We process our returns once a week, usually Friday.
Please send us your return with a tracking number as we cannot be liable for any loss of the return.
The return shipping costs of €3.99 must be borne by the buyer and will be offset against the refund for the returned items.
